Manage Tables
To view all tables press the tables button in the toolbar or click theT
hotkey. To create a new table, Click the new then New Table button or the hot key N
then T
. To edit the name of the table, click the edit button next to the title on the top left of the table.
Creating Columns
Every video in the is a row in the table. Each column added rus on the video in that row. To add a new column, select New then New Column orN
then C
. This opens a sidebar where you can configure the new column. Select the function you want to run on each row. Set the prompt, and run it. At run time, you can choose between run all and test. Testing runs the first 5 rows and run all will run the entire sheet.
Sorting and Filtering
In the toolbar, there are two buttons for filter and sort, hotkeysF
and S
. Filtering allows you to use SQL queries to filter the table. Sorting allows you to set shorts for each of the columns and rank them.
Tagging
When using tagging, there are options to referance your saved tag groups. To open the tags manager, press the Tags Manager button in the toolbar or click theG
hotkey.
Exporting
Tables can be exported to excel and csv formats. To export press the export button in the toolbar or click theE
hotkey and then choose your preferred format.
